I pray this letter finds you in good health and you’re having a great year thus far!  First, I thank Kenneth Sessions and Karen Lide, the 2022 Committee Chairs who hosted the Reunion in Washington, DC.  For those who attended, we can all agree this was a phenomenal event with a great turnout of approximately 200 family members.  We expect this number to increase as our family continues to grow.  Please encourage those who haven’t attended in quite some time or anyone who has never experienced the opportunity of fellowship with our wonderful family on a large scale.   
 
This is an informational letter informing you of plans for our 2025 Reunion in Columbia, SC, July 4th – July 6th.  Our host hotel will be Marriott 1200 Hampton St., Columbia, SC , 29201, telephone number (803) 771 - 7000.  The hotel is in the heart of downtown Columbia and nearby attractions. Those in attendance will have the opportunity to experience all of the pleasures of Columbia and surrounding cities. The 2025 Chair, Tommy Goodwin, and the committee members are working diligently to make this an enjoyable occasion and one to remember for years to come.  Our banquet theme TBD!  
 
The hotel rates are $xxx.00 per night for a double suite (up to x guests in a room) with early check-in on Thursday, July 3, 2025, and late check-out on Monday, July 7, 2025, for those who want an extended vacation in the area.  We’re finalizing all the details; please expect to receive additional information, including the cost per person and itinerary.  We ask that you reference the family website often for further information and updates at www.parcfamilyreunion.com or join our Facebook page, “Parc Reunion,” to stay connected.  You may also add/update your family profile; this lets us have the most current contact information.
